Congo Grey

African Greys.  These beautiful, intelligent birds are truly wonderful talkers and are devoted to their owners.  African Greys have been known to be a one-person bird.  African Grey parrots also come in two sub-species.  The one above is a Congo, the larger of the two.  Also available is the smaller Timineh Grey.  The Congo has a more vibrant red tail than the Timineh.

Above are Eclectus Parrots.  In this species, it is easy to tell the male from the female.  The female (on the left) has a vibrant red color, with a deep purple chest.  The male on (on the right) is mostly bright green with splashes of blue and red on his wings.
